Internal threads
For the precise production of internal threads by means of the whirling technology we recommend our system MINIWIBEX.
Internal threads in the Ø-range M0.7 and smaller can be realized with MINIWIBEX. Our internal thread whirling tools are manufactured with single and multi-tooth profiles according to your specifications.
With MWE-VT tools of the MINIWIBEX system, internal thread whirling without predrilling is possible. MWE-VT tools can create a drill hole and a thread in only one operation and thus save a tool place in the machine.

External threads
For the flexible production of external threads we recommend our thread chasing tools.
We offer a wide range of partial and full profile inserts for each of our tool holder systems. Our range does not only include external thread chasing tools for ISO standard threads, on demand we can also realize trapezoidal, round, buttress, 55°-inch, as well as further special treads.

Internal threads
For the flexible production of internal threads we recommend our system MINIFIX.
The brilliantly simple “V”-shaped clamping system guarantees a highly precise placement on center height as well as outstanding tool change accuracy. You can chase internal threads from Ø 1.1 mm with MFE-T standard tools.

For the stable production of small workpieces on Swiss type machines, we recommend our system SSXA.
For decades, our customers have relied on the stability and precision of our versatile tools for Swiss type machines. SSXA is the first choice for small diameters with a cutting width starting from 0.8 mm in the standard program from stock. We can quickly realize special tools based on the SSXA system with even narrower cutting widths and geometries according to your individual specifications.

For the cost-saving production of filigree turned parts we recommend our system ANF.
This popular form grooving system is universally applicable and, in addition to standard inserts, also available with customer-specific profiled inserts. Compact shank dimensions from 8x8 and a grooving width from 0.65 mm in the standard program ex stock characterize this system. Special tools based on the ANF system are possible even smaller according to your requirements.
