Company Philosophy
Our special knowledge in the technically advanced field of producing turned parts enables us to produce tooling solutions which are outside of typical standards. Company History

In 1962, Otto Dieterle founded his equally named company in Rottweil. In the early years, mainly control cams for automatic lathes were manufactured. In 1964, the first company building was constructed and occupied in Zimmerner Straße 9a. However, the rapidly growing business soon required larger premises, which were found in Zimmerner Straße 7. In 1972 a new company building was built in Predigerstraße. |

In the new company building in Predigerstraße, spacious premises were now available, which enabled future-oriented expansions of the company. The production of profile-ground tools was taken up. In addition to these special tools, a trading department was established with a wide range of stocked standard tools. In 1984, insert tools for automatic lathes were also added to the production program. Extensive investments in modern machines and testing facilities were the guarantors for a good success of the extensive tool assortment. |

In the 90s, massive efforts were made to increase the share of sales abroad by building up a worldwide dealer network in order to be less dependent on the domestic market. A photovoltaic system on 150m2 of the company roof was installed in 2008. In 2012 the company building in Predigerstraße was modernized and again massively expanded. The current managing directors are the sons of the senior boss, Michael and Stefan Dieterle, and the daughter Petra Dieterle-Müller, with a team of over 60 employees. |
